Allison Fishman, Book Signing Event “You Can Trust A Skinny Cook”

Allison Fishman, star of “Cook Yourself Thin,” will be in Ridgewood, New Jersey next month signing copies of “You Can Trust A Skinny Cook.”

A contributor and the TV spokesperson for Cooking Light magazine, Fishman is a personal coach, food writer and cooking teacher. She’s worked as a recipe developer, food stylist and cookbook editor for Food Network, Martha Stewart and Atkins.

A co-host of Lifetime’s “Cook Yourself Thin” and TLC’s “Home Made Simple,” Fishman’s recipes have appeared in Everyday Food, Glamour, Fine Cooking, Real Simple and Saveur. With a Master’s Degree in Food Studies from New York University, Fishman is the founder of the private cooking school The Wooden Spoon. “You Can Trust A Skinny Cook” hit bookshelves this month.

  1. I don’t know how much I “trust” this skinny cook if she’s ever had ANYTHING to do with Atkins. Sorry but that is soooo not healthy.
