About the Book:
It is the night before Fifi’s birthday and she is desperate to get some sleep. Unfortunately, her typically noiseless neighbor chooses this night each year to send waves of strange sounds down from upstairs. Fifi’s imagination runs wild as she tries to figure out what on Earth is going on above her. Will Fifi get a good night’s sleep or will she be a birthday grump once again?
