Shauna Miller is the founder of PennyChic.com, which showcases high-fashion looks styled with clothing from discount retail chains, modeled by real girls. Before becoming a budget stylist, Shauna worked at Emanuel Ungaro in Paris and wrote fashion reviews for Time Out NY. She has also been featured in Cosmopolitan magazine, Seventeen magazine, on Glamour.com, Good Day LA, and CNN.
