Rosemary Wells (born January 29, 1943) is the award-winning author of numerous books for children, including the New York Times bestselling Emily’s First 100 Days of School; the critically acclaimed Wingwalker; Yoko’s Paper Cranes; and the beloved McDuff series, illustrated by Susan Jeffers. Her career as an author and illustrator spans more than 30 years and 60 books.
